Google Pier 57, New York

Located on the Hudson River, the transformation of Pier 57 from a former maritime port and bus garage into a modern mixed-use development is fully underway. Its planned 80,000-square-foot outdoor rooftop park, which claims to be the largest public outdoor space in Chelsea. Led by RXR Realty and Youngwoo & Associates, the $380 million project will bring 265,000 square feet of office space, with Google as the primary tenant. [...]

Montreal STM Berri

The work on the STM-Berri station will stretch over two years but won’t impede commuters. Work will go towards adding two elevators that will connect users to the Green Line platform. Additional work will go towards the main concourse mezzanine level of the station. Renovating the STM- Berri and Place Dupuis entrance buildings and improving lighting to make the faded station brighter and more welcoming. [...]

College of the Desert

Future plans to renovate the buildings in the center of the campus begin during the winter of 2013. Construction to the existing Administration, Liberal Arts, Hilb and ‘C’ (also known as Admissions and Records) buildings, along with the courtyard area that features the Fountain of Knowledge and the Walk of Knowledge (an area created to recognize and honor emeriti faculty) will bring the facilities up to current standards.
