The Julis Romo Rabinowitz Building and the Louis A. Simpson International Building (formally 20 Washington Road) renovation project was repurposed to bring together academic and administrative areas.

The 200,000 square feet of space was divided into two complementary areas. Each area will have a distinct architectural identity.

The structure’s interior has been renovated extensively, while the historic character of the exterior of the building and primary interior spaces, LITEFLAM XT 60 was integrated into the light wells which brings natural light deep within the structure while meeting the strict fire code requirements.
