About NYU STERNS SCHOOL of BUSINESS

In 2009 NYU Sterns School of Business renovated the subterranean corridor connecting the parkade to the education buildings. The Architects vision to create a light-filled space, which was previously dark and intimidating, was realized by the installation of LITEFLAM XT 60 walkable skylights.

Safety: load-bearing for foot traffic in a high volume area;
Comfort (Privacy, Diamant glass, Sound reduction etc.): Additional daylighting, multifunction as a glass floor;
One hour fire separation meeting ASTM E119 CAN/ULC-S101;
Load bearing for foot traffic 100psf;
Non-slip walkable surface. A slip-resistant ceramic frit pattern.
