About harvard richard smith
The Association of American Medical Colleges Headquarters consists of 287,500 square feet of office, conference and retail space. Designed by Shalom Baranes, the new 11-story headquarters building features an open-space floor plan intended to foster an environment of communication and collaboration.
Sustainable design strategies have been employed in all aspects of the project to generate low energy usage, and an estimated 75 percent of the building’s roof area is covered with extensive green roofing. LITEFLAM XT 90 contributed to sustainable design strategies while maintaining the strict fire code requirements. LITEFLAM is a perfect expression of form and function.
